Long lasting resin concrete seal
The Degafloor Seal System (S) is a mono-coloured decorative concrete resin sealant system. We use it to create a chemical and scratch-resistant dust seal for new and existing concrete floors.
Our resin sealant system is available in a smooth finish or a slip-resistant finish. The Seal System is created by broadcasting quartz aggregate, poly bead or aluminium oxide. As with all Degafloor MMA systems, the Seal System is fully encapsulated. Our Seal System is incredibly durable and ideal for areas requiring colour differentiation. It’s also the perfect physical and chemical-resistant flooring solution.
We created the Degafloor Seal System using ultra-fast curing, methyl methacrylate (MMA) concrete resin sealant. This makes it exceptionally durable, hygienic and easy to maintain. The Seal System is available in both smooth and slip-resistant finishes. We cam create a slip-resistant finish by broadcasting quartz aggregate, polybeads or ali-oxide.
The ultra-fast cure time and overall performance characteristics of the Degafloor Seal System make it the ideal choice for delivering a chemical and scratch-resistant dust seal for new and existing concrete.
The resin sealant flooring system
We apply the Seal System in three stages using a roller on the prepared substrate. The stages are primer, body coat, and a protective seal coat. The Seal System is suitable for medium-duty areas. It is laid at approximately 0.3-0.8mm thick.
