McKeon Construction Limited are a construction, fit-out and building services contractor who required a durable and innovative resin waterproofing system for one of their clients, Dublin City University (DCU). The university required car park refurbishment to a multi-storey car park where the existing deck coating had started to fail.

McKeon discussed the client requirements with Larsen Contracts (Ireland) Ltd, a specialist resin contractor. Larsen recommended the Degafloor Top Deck System for the car park refurbishment.

The Degafloor Car Park Top Deck System is designed to offer the outstanding flexibility and performance required for top decks of multi-storey car parks or to assist with car park refurbishments. The unique formulation allows installation to occur extremely quickly, with the main system of 23mm being installed in a single application process.

The car park refurbishment project was completed according to specification, within budget and on time.
